TESTIMONIALS
A Renaissance woman. Jessel Miller.
Over many years of personal and professional relationships with you, I have seen you create several different bodies of work, all worthy examples of your talent. But I had not expected your current body of work that combines abstraction with spirituality with reality. I can’t just look at a single piece without being drawn in, at which point I often see beyond the immediate attraction and feel like I am more involved in your message. What does it mean to be a Renaissance woman? It’s you and it means your masterful paintings, your beautiful songs, the way you write with your entire heart and how you embrace the world by sharing it all with us. Your new body of work, Soulful Voices, goes from thoughtful abstracts to brilliant vases of flowers to deep global meanings and I continue to marvel at the way you share yourself with all of us. For all who see this letter, please take the opportunity to stop by Jessel Gallery, meet Jessel and see her new works. You will be impressed. Continued success, Jessel, and bravo! As Always, Ronda Schaer RASgalleries Art Glass Owner, Consultant Yountville Arts Commissioner, Town of Yountville Napa Valley Museum, Past President |
Abstract expressionism combined with realism and stir in a spiritual message - And Shazam - behold you have JESSELISM! A whole new genre!
I especially like the poignant messages! Jessel pushes the envelope and always digs deep into your heart! With great admiration, Carolynne Gamble |
When you look into the soul of an artist, an inspiring one, you see work you can't live without. Jessel Miller is one of those notable figures in the western US art scene.
Jessel's body of work just from 2020 alone has international significance. She paints from the heart; Asian, Indian, African, Native American portraits in vibrant, flowing compositions. Spirit animals; simple to complex landscapes; celebrities; even "Wow" moments. Books of her paintings!!
Her gallery is a nod to herself and significant other artists, full of gifts to be found, but of course the best gift is her! She is a regional force of Art, and is, in fact, part of many world-wide collections.
Jessel Miller is a multi-talented woman who could go it alone, if she chose to.
Lucky for her fans and followers, that we get to connect with her and her Art.

Jessel has been my art teacher and mentor for five years. For the first time in my life, after taking art classes on and off for fifty years, Jessel has given me confidence to believe in myself and has given me a renewal and love for painting.
She also encouraged me to switch from watercolor to acrylics. It has opened a whole new world for me. Her gallery has become my sanctuary for the past few years. I feed off her energy and creativity. It is a privilege to witness Jessel at her best and to watch her to continue to evolve and grow as an artist.
Your humble and enthusiastic student,
Clara.

I love the flowers, can't wait to share them. They belong to all.
I love the the First Nations image.
I love and appreciate Who and How the Artist is in the world.
Jessel is an old soul whose Love Language is her artwork. It has been said that, "When we think with love, we are literally co-creating with God." Jessel's artwork is a co-creation that communicates universal Love. Visit her gallery and website to experience it for yourself.
